Last Thursday one of the six buses carrying the Husky Marching Band to Pullman to perform at the Apple Cup flipped over. While no one was seriously injured, 47 were examined at a hospital.
That night locals gathered their Thanksgiving leftovers to give to the Husky Band Members. The next day the Washington State University marching band played the Husky fight song in honor of their absence from the game.
